Established for over 50 years, our client is one of the UK’s largest laundry and linen hire companies and are part of a large National group. They have built strong relationships with their customers in the hotels and hospitality industry and are committed to providing the very best customer service. This is your chance to join a large national group in a true account management role where you will have the opportunity to visit customers in a prestigious industry – often visiting 4* an 5* hotels as part of your role.

Some information on the role…

As Account Director / National Account Manager you will be building and maintaining great relationships with your accounts in the hotels industry, visiting individual and hotel groups all over the UK regularly. You will also deal with day to day enquiries, general customer support and assist with installation of new linen where required. The Account Director / National Account Manager role is an autonomous, home based role where you will be expected to report into the Reading office regularly. 

What kind of person and background are we looking for?

The successful Account Director / National Account Manger will ideally have previous experience within the linen or laundry industry and/or experience of working within the hospitality industry, preferably with national hotel groups. We are looking for creative candidates with experience in customer service and account management as well as excellent commercial awareness and attention to detail. Ideally the successful Account Director/National Account Manager will have previous sales experience but this is not essential.
