Some information on the role…

As Sales Manager / National Account Manager you will be a key member of the management team, responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing the marketing of the business and developing a strategy for acquiring new business. You will be responsible for the customer relationship, answering any queries as and when they arise. This is a huge opportunity for a Sales Manager/National Account Manager to develop their career in a senior role within a successful company, where you will be fully supported by the owners – this is a company where you are valued for your contributions, not just another number within the company.
Reporting to the main site in Surrey, you will be expected to travel UK-wide as required.

What kind of person and background are we looking for?

We are looking for a high achiever, a Sales Manager/National Account Manager from a structured sales background, with proven great results in generating commercial relationships and winning large contracts. As an integral member of the management team here, it is essential that you have excellent sales and relationship building skills. This is a hugely varied role, and as well as sales and account management you will also have the opportunity to be involved in strategy and marketing –a fantastic opportunity to bring your brilliant new ideas to the table and be fully involved in the life of the business. This role will require extensive UK travel, so we are looking for candidates with good organisational and geographical skills and a full UK driving licence. Due to the location of the main site, we are looking for candidates living within Surrey or surrounding area.

What’s in it for you?

Basic salary £40,000-£55,000 (negotiable) plus commission, depending on experience. As well as this you will have a company car or car allowance, fuel card, 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays).
