Some information on the role…

As a Business Development Manager / Account Manager you will be working as part of a sales team of 5 based in Winchester town centre. The office is modern and open plan with plenty of room to grow! You will be primarily office based with a couple of visits per month to clients in London. You will inherit a client base but will be targeted on bringing on new clients.
You will be required to build your own leads, but the company has just invested in a lead generation role and a new CMO to help support the sales team in providing more leads. This role offers excellent career development and if successful you will have the chance to become a Senior Account Manager in less than a year. The company has ambitious growth plans!  You will receive excellent sales training and see first-hand how all departments work and how to sell the service. 

What kind of person and background are we looking for?

Most important for this Internal Sales / Account Manager / Business Development Manager opportunity is a can-do attitude and a genuine hunger and drive for success! You will have a proven background in both account management and new business in a b2b Internal Sales or Telesales environment. You will need a confident and professional telephone manner. You should be likeable, approachable and very organised and work well as part of a team in a positive environment. You will be given excellent training and support to be the best sales person you can be!

What’s in it for you?

Up to £40,000 basic with a £75,000-£85,000 Year 1 OTE
