Our client is a well-established, successful asset management software solution provider to the education sector. A leader in their field, their software is used by over 1500 schools and academies in the UK. As Internal Sales Manager you would be joining a fun close-knit team, who enjoy working together. The culture here is fun and friendly and the Directors and Managers operate an open-door policy.

Some information on the role…

As Internal Sales Manager, you will be a key part of the internal telesales team as well as managing it, making sure your team are motivated and proactive, and it will be your job to set and track their sales targets. In this telemarketing team it is essential that as the team leader you are liaising and collaborating with other departments, so your excellent communication skills will come in handy!

What kind of person and background are we looking for?

Ideally, the Internal Sales Manager who joins this telemarketing team will have supervisory management experience of a small team of outbound telesales people,  appointment makers or telemarketers. Education and / or software sales experience would be highly beneficial. Maybe you are a highly successful telesales executive or appointment maker looking for your next step. If you are the kind of Internal Sales Manager who can lead from the front and bring in fun ideas to motivate your team then we are looking for you! Someone with strong leadership, analytical and organisational skills as well as being hugely target driven, will fit in well here. 

What’s in it for you?

The Internal Sales Manager can expect a basic salary of £30,000 (negotiable) OTE £39,000 plus extra rewards and incentives and training opportunities.
