How do you find your candidates?
We utilise our existing networks and maintain ongoing relationships with passive candidates. They are well thought of and actively seek and receive referrals.  We are able to introduce you to candidates that are exclusively with us, and not actively applying for jobs. We also invest in some of the most respected advertising and networking mediums in the Sales, Office and Management Recruitment Agency market place so you can be confident of us filling your vacancies. We will reduce your annual recruitment spend and save your management time by finding high calibre sales, management and office staff that will help you achieve your sales and business goals. 

How successful are you at finding the right candidates and do they stay?
97% of our placements are successful which mean they pass their probationary period and our clients confirm they have made the right decision.
90% of candidates are still employed between 12 months and 3 years 
42% of candidates are still employed after 3 years

Is there anything else you need from me apart from a job description?
We like to spend time speaking with you over the phone, listening to your requirements, often arranging to visit you at your premises. We also like to follow up with additional questions from candidates after the first contact. It shows the candidates are really engaged with the role and want to find out more.

How do you prioritise your clients/vacancies?
We tend to be working on a short list of vacancies and so just take on just a few at a time, assigning each vacancy to a specific consultant. If you are exclusively using our services we work on only your vacancy, meaning you are top of our list and have all of our time and resources

Do you offer a rebate period?
We are so confident that you will be delighted with your new hire, we offer a "no quibble" 30 days money back guarantee. If your new hire doesn't work out, or leaves, within their first 30 days of employment, for any reason at all (except redundancy) we will happily replace them for free. (providing you have paid your invoice within 14 days)

How long will you take to send me CVs?
The industry average "time to fill" a sales role (the time it takes to make a hire after a position opens) is 52 days. We have filled roles in as little as two weeks before so this will depend on the assignment. We will take a full brief of the position you are looking to fill and then come back to you with a complete timeline of your recruitment process, including a date to expect to see your first CV's

How much are your fees?
Our fees are calculated per assignment and we offer a range of fee structures, rebate periods and payment plans to suit your individual business needs.
