Dynamic Customer Advisor required, No targets, incoming enquiries only! Professional well-established team offering insurance advice and solutions. No insurance experience necessary - would suit an individual with face to face and telephone-based customer service experience - in any industry! Full training given. Personality fit is the most important requirement. Banking / finance / property / retail applications gladly received.

This is an internal role where you will provide a first class, professional service to clients to both sell and administer the company insurance policies.

You will have a positive, proactive approach and highly professional telephone manner with the ability to build and develop long term client relationships. You must be very organised and be able to quickly identify customer needs.
