Some information on the role…

As Commercial Assistant you will report to the Head of Commercial and will help prepare the documents to win, retain and effectively de-risk new site opportunities for the O & M team. This will mean in-depth finance and contract database administration and the contracts and agreements would be within the following sectors- 1. Institutional investors 2. Local Authorities, 3. Construction 4. Large Facilities management organisations–. Over half your time will be spent preparing documents for these bids which would be for contracts of between 5 and 20 years in length and up to £1m in value. You will take charge of tracking all documents in process and look to create road maps to improve future processes. The end result will be a winning document which looks and feels good to the client and meets the compliance/ regulations criteria. This is an all-round high-level commercial administration role where you will be supporting a number of different projects with similar bid preparation activities. In addition, you will be tasked with collation and modelling of financial statistics, and reproducing it in various formats for reporting purposes. Hours 8.30-5pm Monday to Friday.
