This is a self-managed fast paced role where you will be prioritising existing high spending account relationships, working closely with your clients providing training, helping them with accurate forecasting, and business planning to meet supply and demand for their customers.

The successful candidate will be adaptable, hardworking and also have a good appreciation and track record for new business as this will form a bigger part of your remit as you grow with the company.

Responsible for the UK and West Europe your duties will include:

*Identifying and developing relationships with current and prospective distributors.

*Driving new sales in the region, from initial call to purchase order.

*Ensuring that sales value and gross margin targets are met and exceeded.

*Creating important business connections through strong networking.

*Managing and implementing product training within the company’s key distributor and OEM partners.

*Attending relevant trade shows / exhibitions to promote the brand and gain valuable business insight.

To be considered

You will need to have received sales training from reputable firm where you will have worked for 3 years or more, a technical aptitude and experience of managing high spending accounts.

There’s a generous Basic salary of between £35,000 -40,000 On top of this expect a realistic OTE 60k +++ Generous commission paid quarterly and a car allowance

Who are we looking for?

You will have at least 3-year field sales experience, preferably selling to distributors, dealers or business partners. If you have experience within the HVAC, Food or Hygiene industries this would be a distinct advantage and a scientific or technical background would be the cherry on top but this is not essential. An ability to work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment and take ownership of the sales potential is essential. We are looking for someone who has sold in a consultative manner and can lead product demonstrations to large client audiences. A natural new business hunter, who is able to build long term relationships with key clients.
