As an Account Manager, you will be working with mid and senior level contacts within the Grocery sector to understand their business challenges, strategy and objectives, identify pain points and craft a solution that drives value for their organisation.  The client base includes many of the major retailers & Grocers such as Sainsburys, TK Maxx, Clarks, Next, and Boots; and many other high profile businesses including, Nuffield JC Decaux, B&Q and Enterprise Inns to name a few.

This a great opportunity for driven commercially focused account manager with proven track records to join this successful team. The focus will primarily be managing, renewing and upselling to existing grocery clients. They are also looking for the successful candidate to build the sector through new business, in unearthing new prospects.

To be considered

You will have a business degree ideally in human geography, but not a prerequisite, and 6-8 years solution based sales experience, ideally in a data environment.  

What's in it for me?

Basic salary is up to  £60,000 plus uncapped OTE of £80,000 - benefits including gym membership and a generous incentives and reward programme.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for highly motivated, goal driven, successful Sales People Who have experience in  Client development and account management.  You will be an excellent communicator and listener, with good relationship building skills. The successful business development manager will be a highly organised person with energy and drive to succeed in sales. We are looking for graduates for this role and if your degree is in Human Geography or similar then even better!
