An exciting opportunity to join a well-established washroom, hygiene, pest control and chemical life safety products company.  Working as a Field Sales Manager covering Manchester & Leeds (M62) area. 

Our client is a very successful and growing business, with global, world-class partners and with their experience and excellent reputation in the marketplace, this makes them a valued partner for companies of all shapes and sizes.

As the successful Field Sales Manager, your remit will be to manage a team of 8 Sales people. You’ll be on the front-line team, focussed on developing and nurturing your sales people through regular field accompaniments to meet their sales goals. You will spend four days in the field and lead an appointment making session once weekly in the office.

This role would suit an outstanding new business sales person looking for their first step into management, perhaps you are on a management academy right now, but it’s not happening fast enough for you? Or maybe you are already a manager and looking to join a more professional company with aggressive growth plans, which may lead to senior management opportunities in the longer term.

What's in it for me?

The basic salary for this role ranges from £40,000 to £50,000, OTE £65-75,000, with uncapped earning potential. Car or Car allowance, mobile phone and laptop will be provided!
