An exciting opportunity to work for a well-established packaging business. You will be joining a company that has grown into a major national player in their sector, where the energy and enthusiasm of the team is infectious!

Working in the field as a Business Development Manager covering the South London and Kent territories, you will be given autonomy to manage your own time and can really make the role your own. Our client has an entrepreneurial spirit and work hard as a team to achieve results. Your Manager is knowledgeable and supportive with a passion to succeed and will reward your hard work with the tools you need to develop your career in a growing business.

Your main responsibilities will be finding new business opportunities to sell their products as well as managing the customers you bring on board.

You will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst ensuring work is completed to a very high standard as their reputation for customer service is exceptional! You will be given autonomy in your role so must be highly organised to use your time as efficiently as possible. You will enjoy working within a solution-based sales channel and be highly motivated with the hunger to succeed.

What's in it for me?

As Business Development Manager, you will be awarded a basic salary of between £30,000 - £40,000 with OTE of £42,000-£52,000 plus a car scheme. You will also be eligible for their Shared Ownership Scheme, Pension, Healthcare plan, laptop, mobile and more!

The successful Business Development Manager will have a proven track record of developing new business, ideally within the packaging, logistics or courier sectors, other industrial sales environments will also be considered. The most important thing is ambition, drive and enthusiasm!
