You will be joining a large organisation - established for over half a century and operating throughout Europe and the UK. Their ethos is still based on its founding family principals of valuing staff and prioritising partnerships with customers to help them succeed in their ventures. They value environmental responsibility, sponsor charitable organisations and support social employment initiatives.

This company rarely recruits - staff retention is very high - so this is a rare opportunity to become one of 8 Territory Account Managers in the UK. You’ll be home based managing the South East / East Anglia territory which incorporates Essex, Kent, Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire. There is plenty of scope to develop your experience in the agriculture, construction and engineering sectors. You’ll get full office support and advice from product specialists to help you sell over half a million spare parts covering premium to value brand products as well as a full range of agricultural dealer support services to the clients you work with. You’ll be responsible for planning your own time and will probably spend 2-3 nights away per week.

To be considered

You will need a degree in a commercial or technical area or equivalent and a good understanding of the agriculture customer and market place.

Who are we looking for?

You will be working independently so will need to have 3-5 years working in field sales and experience of full territory account management, ideally within the agricultural sector. In-depth knowledge of the agricultural, farming or landscaping, markets are required.
