You will be working closely with the national team of field-based Dealer Account Managers to offer workplace storage racking, space-saving solutions, stock access ordering and management tools.

This is an exciting and varied role where you will meet a variety of businesses within the agricultural construction and engineering sectors. This role requires an all-round approach to sales, customer service and business support

Your daily tasks will include initiating visits and maintaining phone contact with existing dealers. One day you could be helping with the hands-on installation of a huge racking and shelving unit the next day providing first-line support, other days might be spent accompanying the field team to be introduced to their customers. This is a proactive role where you’ll be responsible for planning your own schedule and the role will involve regular overnight stays.

To be considered

The successful account manager will be based in Central England with good access to the motorway networks, the ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the sales process and experience of managing or supporting a large portfolio of business customers.

There’s a generous expense allowance along with an Audi A3 or similar to make sure you travel in comfort. On top of this expect a £32,000 basic salary with 6,000K OTE, profit share, 25 days + stats holiday along with pension and healthcare.

Who are we looking for?

You will have a good knowledge of sales processes and challenges faced in the retail or dealer markets, you will be doing business on the phone and face to face.

Flexibility is required to travel the whole of the UK and able to spend nights away from home. Bachelor’s degree in a commercial or technical area is preferred but not a pre requisite for this role.
