A little bit about the company…

You’ll be working for a growing business offering packaging solutions – it has recently become part of a bigger network of companies in the sales retail area.

Manage your own territory Heathrow, West London & the M4 within agreed growth targets for a firm that acknowledges and compensates staff achievement well.

Reporting straight to sales director Stacey, you will start off with a 100% account management workload to introduce you to the company and allow you to focus on developing productive relationships with clients - this will lead into a 50/50 account management/new business portfolio, looking after and growing your account base.

You will be trusted to manage your accounts and given freedom to make decisions on pricing and client management. You’ll be encouraged to run your territory as your own business and take responsibility for your results - treated like a respected professional who knows what they are doing.

You’ll be starting on up to £35K basic (depending on experience) plus commission – hit your target for three months in a row and a permanent pay rise is yours!

Who are we looking for?

You’ll be a hard-working, established achiever who is looking to grow your own accounts by developing a rapport with your clients to understand their needs and offer solutions that work for them.  To do this you’ll probably be naturally inquisitive and have bags of personality – someone who can really get to know people and who is genuinely interested in a variety of different businesses.

Ideally you’ll be located in the centre of your sales territory of the M4 or West London - Given the customer facing nature of the role you will, of course be well presented and groomed – aiming to represent the company in a professional manner.
