This is a highly varied role. On a day to day basis you will provide a first-class service to the MD by managing their diary and in-box and ensuring their time is utilised efficiently and effectively. You will also lead longer term activity which could include refurbishment of the new offices.
Responsible for planning hospitality events as well as internal and external meetings, you will have the support of friendly, down to earth colleagues who value communication and understand teamwork is critical to their success. You will be ‘tech savvy’ and proactive with creating effective working processes which means you’re happy to share ideas for implementing new systems. The ability to produce accurate documentation, take meeting notes and action points are all crucial for this role.

To be considered

This is a leading support role in the business so you will have a minimum of 5 years relevant experience supporting at Executive level within a professional environment.

You will be accustomed to working within a project / process driven business with the ability to adapt as you go, as well as plan ahead. You will have the confidence to use your judgment and work autonomously. You will have excellent spoken and written English language skills, a highly professional approach, lots of energy and a good sense of humour! You will have a passion for delivering high standards and are flexible and adaptable which allows you to succeed in a fast moving, ever changing environment.
