The Resourcer will be working for and alongside our busy MD who is an entrepreneur Recruiter. You will be supporting her in 2 key areas. 1. Ensuring that her clients get to see an unbeatable shortlist of top-quality candidates in order that the roles are filled. 2. You will help her reach the revenue goals for the business and stay ahead of her competitors by uncovering details of vacancies with her avatar clients.

Some of the Core job accountabilities include

·       Attends client briefing meetings and conference calls when needed, collects briefing information from Client, MD and from other available resources to gain a comprehensive understanding of the client company and search requirements.

·       Collects as much information as possible from candidates approached over the phone and ensures collected data is appropriately recorded on the database.

·       Meeting daily and weekly activity targets, this role involves a lot of research, phone work and social media activity.

·       Advise and reformat CV's to 'sell' key USP's of your applicants.

·       Proactive marketing of top -quality candidates to generate new business opportunities

·       Proactive questioning to identify leads and decision makers 

·       Keeping abreast of industry trends and news

To be considered

This is a role that will continually evolve so flexibility is key, as is a 'can do' approach to life and business. You will need to have at least 2 years commercial experience within a demanding office-based sales or recruitment environment.

We’re offering a basic salary £25,000 plus monthly bonus opportunity. You’ll get 20 days leave + Bank holidays, statutory pension, mobile phone and a wellbeing allowance.

Who are we looking for?

On top of a track record of sales support in a business to business or recruitment setting, you’ll need outstanding written communication skills,  high attention to detail, a positive mind set and a good work ethic to do justice to this recruitment role. We put clients at the heart of our business and this role would suit you if you enjoy delivering results that smash those of your competitors.

You’ll need to have a full driving licence, your own car, and be based in Berkshire – ideally Reading, Henley, Wokingham, Bracknell Goring or close by.
