You will be part of a continually growing PLC business through acquisition who have even won a Company of the Year Award! Our client is a UK based support services company with several specialist divisions - they have FTSE100 clients in both the private and public sectors. If you enjoy liaising with business customers and are good at building relationships, internally and externally and want to make a name for yourself in a dynamic company, this is an opportunity not to be missed! This role will also include assisting with high profile accounts, getting involved in conference calls and stepping in when the Accounts Managers are away. This will be a mixed role of managing accounts, quotation and supporting the Account Managers. 

To be considered

You will have 3-5 years relevant business to business sales support experience and be a car owner/driver.

This is an exciting role for an exceptionally well organised, experienced sales support professional to support their busy office and their associated field sales teams. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will juggle multiple tasks and be the go-to person for administration, customer service, and sales quotations - ensuring all quotes and orders from the field sales team are processed accurately and to a deadline.

There is a basic salary of between £25-27k plus Contributory Pension, 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, Share Save scheme and discounted lifestyle reward scheme and benefits!

You will be highly capable and able to work with a number of different departments including finance, logistics, transport and sales where everyone pulls together to achieve the same sales goals.

Your dynamic personality and enthusiasm are a key requirement - you will be providing an exceptionally high standard of sales administrative support, ensuring customers receive the highest possible service at all times. You will -

l  Be highly organised, able to juggle multiple tasks!

l  Have a high level of communication skills - written & verbal

l  Be able to work in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining high attention to detail

l  Have excellent administration skills with high attention to detail

l  Have a confident, professional telephone manner

l  Be described as someone that is both personable and assertive

l  Be experienced in producing quotations and processing orders

This role could be suitable for you if you have a background in any of the following positions; sales administrator, sales coordinator, sales support, internal sales, account manager, commercial administrator, customer service manager, customer service professional, sales order processor or internal sales administrator
