As a result of substantial success and growth since establishing 5 years ago, we are now looking for capable and driven individuals that want the flexibility of working from home and that are customer focussed, have outstanding questioning techniques and fantastic attention to detail, to help fill vacant roles for our clients who are typically brand leading sales organisations with roles to fill in the sales, office or management categories. If you have worked previously as a recruitment consultant or as a resourcer in a support role for a recruitment company we would love to hear from you. 

Some information on the role…

*Searching /screening CV’s on job boards and social media to find relevant candidates for our clients.
* Telephone and face to face interviewing candidates using a set interview process. Updating our CRM and candidates Linked in profiles with interview notes.
*Matching candidates to suitable vacancies and arranging interviews with our clients.
* Explaining job roles and career opportunities to candidates, answering questions and bringing the roles to life in a phone call.
*Supporting and advising candidates throughout the interview process to ensure they have a positive experience and that they make the best of every interview opportunity with your help.
*Written communication such as confirmation of interviews, arranging telephone interviews, rejection letters, sending CV’S and interview schedules to clients, assisting with CV preparation.
*Linked in communication such as posting jobs and contacting candidates.
*Updating our company’s website with live vacancies.

What kind of person and background are we looking for?

We are now looking for capable and driven individuals, that are customer focussed, have outstanding questioning techniques and fantastic attention to detail, to help fill vacant roles for our clients who are typically brand leading sales organisations with roles to fill in the sales, office or management categories If you have worked previously as a recruitment consultant or as a resourcer in a support role for a recruitment company we would love to hear from you.
