That all sounds great, tell me more

This is one of the largest UK businesses of its kind, part of a large plc that is constantly growing and ambitious.  You’ll be based at the flagship branch - a new, bright, fresh facility that’s a great place to work– you can bump into your colleagues in the kitchen as you heat up your lunch or socialise around the pool table when you are on a break.  You’ll get the chance to visit the 3 locations you’ll be supporting to find out how they work and meet the people you’ll be dealing with.  You’ll be stepping into the shoes of the previous role holder who has now been promoted to Operations Manager – staff here have the opportunity to grow along with the company. This is a varied role supporting 6 field sales people in 3 locations.  You’ll be raising contracts, purchase orders and creating quotes to enable the sales team to focus on selling.  This will involve liaising with the sales team, customers and different departments within the company.  It’s a faced-paced role that will require someone who can keep many plates spinning at the same time as well as occasionally helping our Sales Director, Paul with the more complex quoting and pipeline forecasting.

To be considered

You must be a car owner and driver due to the location of the office.  You will also need 3 years relevant sales support or admin experience in a Business to Business sector.

What's in it for me?

You will never be bored with the variety this role offers.  Not only that, but the company will offer full training on their in house systems and teach you about the business. They are offering  £26-27,000 p/a depending on experience with 20 days holiday (increasing 1 per year) plus Bank Holidays along with a pension scheme and money off benefits system.  Working hours 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm (to be discussed on interview).

Who are we looking for?

You’ll be the beating heart of the team – a self-starter who knows how to prioritise and juggle many different tasks at the same time.  You’ll need to have a great eye for detail - producing quotes, purchase orders and invoices with speed and accuracy.  You’ll need a confident attitude with a capacity to build positive relationships with a range of customers and staff and yet self-assured enough to push back when needed.  As well as having top-notch IT skills, you will relish the challenge of having to learn new information and processes quickly.  If you are looking for your next challenge in a sales administration role, this position will give you a fantastic opportunity to develop and grow with an expanding company.
