Home based B2B Field Sales role covering a large area in the Midlands. Brilliant UNCAPPED COMMISSION! Earn £40k ON TOP OF YOUR BASIC salary. High specification Car or Car Allowance, Fuel card, Company pension & childcare vouchers all available. Working for established and fast-growing packaging company, with large sales territory (Midlands). No cold calling with full autonomy over sales process and pricing.

You’ll be joining a team at a well-established leading European packaging supplier, with a large team and 19 companies that form the group across Europe. The business is growing around 25% year on year, with ambitious growth plans in place. A privately-owned company, they are agile and close-knit, with a strong team dynamic. You’ll be working mostly from home, but with occasional travel to the head office. Your territory will cover the whole of the Midlands, with the option to go after accounts as you prefer - both local and national business.

This role is a win, retain and grow style of sales role where you will be building your account base and your commission earnings year on year. Sales people here love the fact they can decide the margins and in turn their commission, it’s all down to you! £85,000 OTE is genuinely achievable for the elite sales person we are looking for.

To be considered

You will need a proven track record in field sales within the packaging sector and want to work for a business who have all the tools in place for you to over achieve when it comes to earning commission!

Who are we looking for?

With a wide portfolio of products to sell, this role is perfect for someone who has a proven track record in the packaging sector.  The role would suit a high achiever who wants to be rewarded with unlimited earning potential. Ideally you will have good analytical skills, and be happy looking into data in depth to identify new areas to make sales. As well as being an experienced Account Manager you will also enjoy identifying leads and winning business for new accounts. You will need to be self-motivated, focussed and highly organised, with excellent communication skills and a good eye for detail.
