You’ll be joining a large team at a well-established leading European packaging supplier, with 19 companies that form the group across Europe. The business has ambitious growth plan in place. A privately-owned company, they are agile and close-knit, with a strong team dynamic. The role is home based when not in the field with occasional travel to the head office. Your territory will cover the South, with the option to go after smaller or bigger accounts as you prefer.

This role is a win, retain and grow style of sales role where you will be building your account base and your commission earnings year on year. Sales people here love the fact they can decide the margins and in turn their commission, it’s all down to you. £50-60k is genuinely achievable for the elite salespeople they are looking for.

To be considered

You will need a proven track record in either internal sales within the packaging sector looking for a move to field sales OR a proven track record in field sales from a consumable / catalogue supplies type background.

£30 - £37k basic salary (depending on experience), with a guaranteed commission period available and uncapped earning potential (achievable in two different ways). Ideally you will have good analytical skills, and be happy looking into data in depth to identify new areas to make sales. You will enjoy winning smaller accounts, as well as identifying leads and closing business for larger opportunities. You will need to be self-motivated, focussed and highly organised, with excellent communication skills and a good eye for detail.
