This is a fantastic opportunity to take your sales career to the next level with a privately owned multinational security service provider selling leading managed security services to major companies in specific verticals. Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the marketing team as the UK sales lead you will be responsible for securing contracts within a range of sectors including government departments and financial institutions, helping the company achieve its potential future growth. 

You will have direct access to the company owners and a culture that values every member of staff and is small enough to take quick action and not be bogged down in bureaucracy.

You’ll be fully supported to learn the technical aspects of the role and will have full access to the two engineer founders and owners of the company as you work with the security and marketing team to bring in new clients. It’s a unique opportunity to be part of the next stage of growth for the company helping it develop a mature sales pipeline, a stable sales department with ambitions to grow a team longer term.

To be considered

You will have 3 years + experience selling managed security services and solutions and a minimum of 5 years + commercial sales experience overall.

The basic salary is negotiable for the right candidate with uncapped commission-

25 days + Bank holidays and a company pension on top of this.

Who are we looking for?

We need an ambitious sales person who has the drive and confidence to work with our clients at the highest level, to understand their needs and how we can help.  You’ll be an excellent presenter and technically knowledgeable enough to instil confidence in others.

You will have a track record of gaining and closing major accounts in a variety of sectors such as finance and government and would ideally have received high level sales and negotiation training in order to be able to be able to be responsible for the full sales cycle from lead qualification to close.
