Innovative recruitment agency in B2B sales and commercial environment. Recruitment consultant role. Good basic + uncapped OTE + mobile phone and all business expenses. Office based with 1-2 days in the field. Manage own time while winning new business and retaining existing clients. We’re a Reading-based consultancy, who have built a great reputation placing permanent B2B sales roles with major companies throughout the UK. We have a huge amount of repeat business and candidate referrals.

For this role you will be mixing your time between being office based, with 1.5 - 2 days per week in the field, visiting clients or doing face to face interviews. You will manage your own time performing a 360 degree recruitment role - basically running your own desk. You will be given access to current and lapsed clients and will be dealing with senior level executives in order to expand our business and provide superb service to our current clients. We would love the successful individual to have ambition and desire to run this business within 3- 5 years as a successor to the business owner who has plans in process to launch another exciting business within this time frame.

We excel at providing an excellent candidate/client fit so to do this, you will also enjoy face to face and social networking, business development and head hunting.

We’re offering a basic salary £20-25k with an unlimited earning potential. You’ll get 20 days leave + bank holidays, statutory pension and mobile and all business expenses paid for.

Who are we looking for?

On top of a proven track record in a commercial sales environment, you’ll need good written communication skills, a positive mind set and a good work ethic to do justice to this recruitment role. We put clients at the heart of our business and this role would suit you if you enjoy delivering results that smash those of your competitors converting ad hoc assignments in to exclusive long-term clients.

You’ll need to have a full driving licence, your own car and be based in Berkshire - ideally Reading, Henley, Wokingham, Bracknell Goring or close by.
